The nonlinearity may appear with respect to either the unknown function outside the integral or the unknown inside the integral or with respect to the entire integral. In all cases, some Carathéodory conditions are assumed to hold for the nonlinearity. In this setting, sufficient conditions are derived for the existence of a solution and for the uniqueness of the solution.
