In this paper the authors concentrate on the case \\(u^2=0\\) and give three characterizations of the singular irreducible components of \\({\\mathcal F}_u\\). First, they give the combinatorial description of standard tableaux corresponding to singular components. Second, they prove that a component is singular if and only if its Poincaré polynomial is not palindromic.
