The data are assumed to satisfy size conditions. Moreover, the regularity of solutions is studied. The functional framework is that of (solenoidal) Lorentz spaces, and the analysis is based on fine properties of the Stokes and Oseen semigroups in Lorentz spaces.  It might be of interest to quote here the paper [\\textit{D. Iftimie} et al., J. Lond. Math. Soc., II.
