It is known that \\(\\dim M(L)= \\tfrac12 n(n-1)-t(L)\\) which is much like a result for the Schur multiplier of \\(p\\)-groups. The Lie algebras with \\(t(L)\\leq 8\\) have been classified, see [\\textit{P. Hardy}, Commun. Algebra 33, No. 11, 4205--4210 (2005; Zbl 1099.17007)]. The author considers a new invariant for \\(M(L)\\), \\(\\dim M(L) =\\tfrac12 (n-1)(n-2) +1 -s(L)\\).
