The first result holds without hypothesis if \\((h,p)=(3,5)\\) and \\((5,13)\\), since \\(V(1)\\) and \\(V(3)\\) exist in these cases. Furthermore, the case for \\(4p-3=h^2\\) is studied. Relating these, they show that if the RHVC holds, then \\(\\kappa_3=0\\) at \\((h,p)=(3,5)\\). Moreover, they show that the structure of \\(H^0M_1^{h-1}\\) for the monochromatic comodule \\(M^{h-1}_1\\) would imply RHVC if \\((p-1)\\nmid h\\), and \\(\\kappa_h=0\\) if \\(2p-1=h^2\\), by classifying the additive generators of the cohomology \\(H^0M_1^{h-1}\\) into three families, and studying how each family contributes the cohomology \\(H^*_c(\\mathbb G_h;\\pi_*(E_h)/p)\\).
