Considering the space \\(\\Lambda\\) spanned by the functions \\((z^n)_{n\\in\\mathbb Z}\\) , and the functional \\(M\\) on \\(\\Lambda\\) induced by \\(M(z^n)=c_n\\), which is supposed to give rise to an inner product on \\(\\Lambda\\), the orthogonal Laurent polynomials are obtained by orthogonalization of the sequence \\((z^n)_{n\\in\\mathbb Z}\\). When the problem is indeterminate (that is, the solution is not unique), using the odd and even sequences of Laurent polynomials, one obtains distinct holomorphic functions, whose zeros, together with the origin, are the support of two solutions \\(\\mu^{(\\infty)}\\) and \\(\\mu^{(0)}\\) of the problem, respectively. The authors discuss how odd and even subsequences of zeros of the orthogonal Laurent polynomials converge to the support points of \\(\\mu^{(\\infty)}\\) and \\(\\mu^{(0)}\\).","citation":[{"@id":"https://portal.mardi4nfdi.de/entity/Q4311187"},{"@id":"https://portal.mardi4nfdi.de/entity/Q4170993"},{"@id":"https://portal.mardi4nfdi.de/entity/Q5508534"},{"@id":"https://portal.mardi4nfdi.de/entity/Q3889331"},{"@id":"https://portal.mardi4nfdi.de/entity/Q3895747"},{"@id":"https://portal.mardi4nfdi.de/entity/Q4295460"},{"@id":"https://portal.mardi4nfdi.de/entity/Q4251984"},{"@id":"https://portal.mardi4nfdi.de/entity/Q2641068"},{"@id":"https://portal.mardi4nfdi.de/entity/Q1206913"},{"@id":"https://portal.mardi4nfdi.de/entity/Q789631"},{"@id":"https://portal.mardi4nfdi.de/entity/Q1301946"},{"@id":"https://portal.mardi4nfdi.de/entity/Q1907280"},{"@id":"https://portal.mardi4nfdi.de/entity/Q1916709"},{"@id":"https://portal.mardi4nfdi.de/entity/Q1917949"},{"@id":"https://portal.mardi4nfdi.de/entity/Q2650874"}]},"provenance":{"prov:generatedAtTime":"2026-01-16T20:48:15Z","prov:wasAttributedTo":"MaRDI Knowledge Graph"}}
