We prove that, under some mild conditions, these iterative processes converge strongly to the common fixed point of \\(\\{T(t) : t \\in \\mathbb R^+\\}\\), which is the unique solution of some variational inequality. The results obtained in this paper extend and improve the recent results of \\textit{S.-H. Li} et al. [Nonlinear Anal., Theory Methods Appl., Ser.~A, Theory Methods 70, No.~9, 3065--3071 (2009; Zbl 1177.47075)], \\textit{R.-D. Chen} and \\textit{H.-M. He} [Appl. Math.
