Liu} et al. [Discrete Contin. Dyn. Syst., Ser. S 4, No. 6, 1511--1532 (2011; Zbl 1257.34026)]. As there, the authors study in \\(\\mathbb{R}^4\\) bifurcations from a heteroclinic cycle connecting two hyperbolic equilibria \\(p_1\\) and \\(p_2\\) with different saddle indices (dimension of the unstable manifold). Again it is assumed that all eigenvalues of the linearizations at the equilibria are real and simple; \\(p_1\\) has saddle index 3 and \\(p_2\\) has saddle index 2. And again it is assumed that the (nonrobust) heteroclinic orbit connecting \\(p_2\\) to \\(p_1\\) undergoes an inclination flip at \\(p_1\\). But here, in difference to the above mentioned paper, a so-called weak inclination flip is assumed.NEWLINENEWLINEThe authors restrict their considerations to single around dynamics, i.e., heteroclinic cycles, 1-homoclinic and 1-periodic orbits. The type of results as well as strategy of the proofs resembles pretty much those in [loc. cit.]."},"provenance":{"prov:generatedAtTime":"2026-01-18T09:06:28Z","prov:wasAttributedTo":"MaRDI Knowledge Graph"}}
