The principal result states that, for any odd integer \\(d\\ge0\\), even integer \\(0\\le k\\le d\\), and integer \\(0\\le s\\le d-k/2-1\\), one has  \\[  W_Y(d[l]-k[e],s)=\\sum_{a+b=d,\\ 0\\le a\\le b} (-1)^{a+k/2}(d-2a)W_Q(a[l_1]+b[l_2]-k[e],s),  \\]  where \\(W_X(c,s)\\) is the Welschinger invariant counting real curves in \\(X\\) in the class \\(c\\in H_1(X)\\) passing through an appropriate generic real collection of points of which \\(s\\) pairs are complex conjugate. The generators for the homology groups are a line \\(l\\subset Y\\), generatrices \\(l_1,l_2\\subset Q\\), and (a line in) the exceptional divisor \\(e\\). The author notes that his approach would not work for \\(k\\) even.  There also is a similar relation for the Gromov-Witten invariants. The principal tool is a generalization of the approach by \\textit{E. Brugallé} and \\textit{P. Georgieva} [Math.
