Considering \\(a<T_1<T_2<\\cdots<T_{l+1}<b\\) and \\(a_i \\in \\mathbb{R}\\), \\(i=1, \\ldots, n\\). The authors consider the ordinary differential equation  \\[ y^{(n)}(t)=f(t, y(t)), \\quad t \\in\\left[T_1, T_{l+1}\\right],  \\] where \\(f:(a, b) \\times \\mathbb{R} \\rightarrow \\mathbb{R}\\) is a continuous function.  For \\(l \\in\\{1, \\ldots, n-1\\}\\), the previous problem coupled to the boundary conditions is studied for \\(j \\in\\{1,2\\}\\):  \\[ y^{(i-1)}\\left(T_1\\right)=a_i, \\quad i=1, \\ldots, n-l, \\quad y\\left(T_j\\right)=a_{n-l+j-1}, \\quad j=2, \\ldots, l, \\quad y^{(j-1)}\\left(T_{l+1}\\right)=a_n. \\] Sufficient conditions on the function \\(f\\) for the existence of solutions are obtained. In particular, it is shown that a type of global uniqueness of solutions implies global existence of solutions. Thus, explicit conditions in terms of monotonicity of the nonlinear term are obtained to imply the global uniqueness of solutions. Some upper bounds of the related Green's functions and some of its derivatives are also deduced.","citation":[{"@id":"https://portal.mardi4nfdi.de/entity/Q3419915"},{"@id":"https://portal.mardi4nfdi.de/entity/Q5848416"},{"@id":"https://portal.mardi4nfdi.de/entity/Q2548361"},{"@id":"https://portal.mardi4nfdi.de/entity/Q879106"},{"@id":"https://portal.mardi4nfdi.de/entity/Q3082487"},{"@id":"https://portal.mardi4nfdi.de/entity/Q3465642"},{"@id":"https://portal.mardi4nfdi.de/entity/Q5117332"},{"@id":"https://portal.mardi4nfdi.de/entity/Q1577986"},{"@id":"https://portal.mardi4nfdi.de/entity/Q5859602"},{"@id":"https://portal.mardi4nfdi.de/entity/Q5173086"},{"@id":"https://portal.mardi4nfdi.de/entity/Q5330830"},{"@id":"https://portal.mardi4nfdi.de/entity/Q5627058"},{"@id":"https://portal.mardi4nfdi.de/entity/Q3921504"},{"@id":"https://portal.mardi4nfdi.de/entity/Q3820933"},{"@id":"https://portal.mardi4nfdi.de/entity/Q1839078"},{"@id":"https://portal.mardi4nfdi.de/entity/Q4654051"},{"@id":"https://portal.mardi4nfdi.de/entity/Q5921574"},{"@id":"https://portal.mardi4nfdi.de/entity/Q1258022"},{"@id":"https://portal.mardi4nfdi.de/entity/Q5921066"},{"@id":"https://portal.mardi4nfdi.de/entity/Q758609"},{"@id":"https://portal.mardi4nfdi.de/entity/Q5536814"},{"@id":"https://portal.mardi4nfdi.de/entity/Q5569697"}]},"provenance":{"prov:generatedAtTime":"2025-10-28T13:42:13Z","prov:wasAttributedTo":"MaRDI Knowledge Graph"}}
